1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FiddleFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
FiddleFlow is an online violin practice platform that provides real-time audio detection, sight-reading exercises, ear training, smart fingering guidance, and interactive score practice. Features may be updated or changed without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
FiddleFlow offers optional subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. By enabling a practice goal, you agree that if you fail to meet your stated goal, the platform may automatically charge a 'Laziness Fee' through Paddle in accordance with your account settings. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to access other users' accounts; (c) reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service; (d) upload malicious content; or (e) use automated tools to access the Service without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within FiddleFlow, including software, design, text, and audio, is the property of FiddleFlow or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. User-uploaded scores remain the property of the respective copyright holders.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiddleFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court.
