We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. Here's how our refund process works.

1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase if you have not substantially used the Service (fewer than 3 practice sessions completed). Renewals are generally non-refundable. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (including Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and EU digital content regulations), once you have commenced use of this digital service, you acknowledge and agree to waive any applicable cooling-off period.
2. Subscription Plans
FiddleFlow offers monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans. Cancelling your subscription does not immediately terminate access — you will continue to have full access until the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds for unused time are not provided except at our discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@fiddleflow.com with: (a) your registered email address; (b) the date of purchase; (c) the reason for your refund request. We review each request individually.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Non-refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: (a) subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days; (b) accounts that have been terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service; (c) promotional or discounted subscriptions unless otherwise stated; (d) charges incurred via the 'Laziness Fee' system, as these are part of the platform's core behavioral incentive feature and are non-refundable.
